I was luckly to get a clear good view of the fireworks from one of the many beautiful bridges in Putrajaya. When I was walking by the bridge looking for a good spot, there were already many photographers lining the bridge with their tirpods and DSLRs.
It makes me realise that now, it’s like everybody has a DSLR or at least, someone you know has one. Manufacturers are flooding the markets with more and more ‘entry-levels’ DSLR. Some of them have great features. Canon had just launched it’s ‘upper entry level’ 550D model.
The 550D uses the Digic 4 processor, same as Canon 7D’s although 550D has only 1 processor and not dual. The Digic 4 processor gives the camera a very high ISO that is extendable to 12800! It also boosts a 18MP CMOS sensor. You can even shoot Full HD video at 30fps. Other features are, 7.7cm (3.0”) 3:2 Clear View LCD with 1,040k dots, Eye-Fi compatibility, iFCL metering System with 63-zone Dual-layer Metering Sensor, Exposure compensation +/-5 stops and others.
Here are more pictures I took last Saturday during the Hot Air Balloon Feista. Enjoy them.
